The Sparrow said, “A little ahead, there is a circle of storytellers.
The stories they tell are deeply woven into the great spirit of the earth and they awaken you to journeys your soul seeks to make. It is a circle where the sacred is your inseparability from the great everything that you are made of.
In this circle of storytellers and their spoken tales, you are at the threshold of your transformation. From here, you can only become new.
And remember, dear one, you are restless because you are ready.’

It’s early Sunday and I am excited to share this post, the first in a series featuring a quote or a short excerpt from our previous and ongoing storytelling sessions. For the next few weeks, I will be sharing quotes from my recent storytelling circle - Two Stories and Three Stone Hills - with a tiny note alongside. The note, of course, serves little purpose - it’s just short ramble!
Tiny Note
As I was putting this post together, I was constantly thinking of how stories have this characteristic ability to connect us to our inner being, giving us a sense of power to transform ourselves and undergo meaningful life changes.
They have the most subtle way of awakening our inner wisdom and healing us in spaces where only stories can reach. This natural relationship between healing, stories and storytelling is something that continues to fascinate me more than anything else and I hope we can explore this further throughout this series.
More in the next post!
